Inbox Feature: UI enhancements, including:
- Updated overall look and feel (similar theme to recent Texting page updates)
- Unresolved queue now displaying in 2 separate queues: Unclaimed and Claimed
- Updated display of fields/icons for each Inbox record
- Resolved date now available to display

Texting Feature: fix for issue where top navigation Texting count gets hidden if current sorting selection on Texting page is filtering out an unread text message under the Waiting queue

Answer Bot Feature: fix for issue where Answer Bot Admin page times out for higher-traffic knowledge bases
