Summary: Major Chatbot Feature Enhancements (phase 1) plus bug-fixes
1. Chat Bot Enhancements
a. New Chat Bot Builder (i.e., please see pdf documentation). Some key features:
- Brand new canvas that allows users to fully view simple to complex chat bot flows; users can zoom in or out of the flow view as needed
- Re-designed Blocks (formerly called ‘Actions’) that simplifies building bot steps
- New ‘Block Panels’ that allows users to configure block settings (e.g., optional/private, branching, etc.)
- Enhanced Branching capabilities to allow more robust flows, as well as the ability to see all branched items at once
- A new feature to create multiple Flows for a bot, allowing users to design complex bots to be broken up in smaller, more manageable units
- A new feature for copying/cutting and pasting single Blocks within the bot; also allows for multi-block deletion
b. Settings page enhancements, including:
- Ability to rename Chat Bot names under Settings
- Ability to search for Widgets for Topic Assignment under Settings
c. Chat Bot List page re-designed to streamline component similar to other Admin pages, including: Ability to search by Chat Bot name
- Ability to filter by Widgets
- Sort by which bots are Online vs. Offline
2. Production Issue fixes
- Texting: fix for issue where Agent names previously engaged in an SMS chat are not showing in the Texting Page
- Chat Logs: fix for issue where Survey Feedback is hardly visible on page in Dark theme
- Various cosmetic adjustments
