Summary: Substantial Chatbot Feature enhancements, Widget enhancements, bug fixes

1. Chatbot Enhancements

Block Groups - new feature to add multiple blocks in a single chatbot step
Request File Block - allows file attachment/upload support for patients engaged in chatbots
Scale Block - allows patients to answer using a scale control (range of 0 to 10)
Custom Input - users can now enter custom inputs in addition to their Dropdown options
Clone Chatbot - users can now easily duplicate pre-existing chat bots
improvements - default ‘Multiple Selection’ setting to OFF; canvas stability; clicking ‘Needs End Block' navigates to specific step flow

2. Widget Updates

Updated the ‘typing indicator’ for chatbots and moved to bottom of the widget
Improved message transitions
Improved overall transitions between interactions
Fix to immediately display ‘Patient Widget URL’ on Live Chat agent view as soon as patient chat is assigned
