Summary: SMS/Text updates; more performance optimization

  1. SMS Texting Updates:

    • Update: For clarity, updated name and description of 'Auto Release Time Setting' to 'Auto Release Text back into Agent Queue' under Admin > Texting > Phone Number settings
    • Enhancement: Toggling the 'How long till a chat is closed from inactivity' setting Off and On will re-evaluate old, active chats that should have closed due to inactivity
    • Fix: Text messages initiated by an Agent that never get responded to by an Agent will now qualify for the '...Inactivity' time out setting
