Summary: New auto-archive feature; Analytics v2 Framework
- Auto-archive: New feature; automatically archives ended chats from the agent's Chat Management Panel (i.e., removes patient name from left-hand panel) after a set timeframe. Default timeframe is currently 24 hours after chat has ended. (Note: please contact [email protected] if you would like a different time setting for your org)
- Analytics v2 Framework: Preliminary setup for data ingestion to support upcoming Custom Analytics Reporting capabilities
