  • Triage Bot - Isabel Integration: support patient case triaging conducted by non-clinical and nurse agents via chatbots; documents patient-reported information and offers recommendations for patient next action. Premium feature - please contact [email protected] for further information.
  • Custom Analytics Reporting (Beta Version): Robust reporting capabilities using Kusto Query Language (Azure) to generate substantive reporting and metrics on your MedChat data. Documentation and availability will be rolled out during the week of 3/8/21.
  • Asset Manager: Prerequisite feature to store and manage images and files for building customized Cards (future implementation) that will be available to present on live chats and chatbots, further enhancing the user experience.   • Additional Optimization updates to help remediate sporadic performance bottlenecks.
  • Inbox: Private fields on chat tasks will remain masked until claimed by an Agent for resolution. Similar to private field masking for live chats, the Agent who claimed the Missed or Follow-up chat task for resolution will be the only user available to view the field value.
