Summary: Improvements and bug-fixes to Widget, Triage Bot, Analytics, Team Chat, Asset Manager, and Chatbot Builder
Improvements:
- Improve Widget auto-scrolling behavior with long forms
- Further optimize Triage Bot execution
- API support for Custom Analytics Reporting (see documentation here)
- Analytics v2 back-end platform upgrade; both Custom Reports and current data analytics will now pull data from new Analytics v2 database
- Direct Chats now limited to only up to 6 members for easier management
- More graceful handling of replaced Triage Bots within Chatbot builder
- Backend: optimize 'agent typing' call performance
Bug fixes:
- Asset Manager bug-fixes: spacing and flyout cleanup, adding uploads files/folders, optimization
- Triage Bot Admin: fix issue where users are unable to save Recommendation if subsequent rows have score range gaps between them
- Analytics v2: fix issue where 1) duplicate performed searches were being ingested into the database, 2) a SQL error found within user data ingestion, and 3) fix to add datetime constraints to Chat Survey and Chat Tags based on live chat initiated date time in Custom Reports
