a. Overall simpler/cleaner implementation
b. Intro article enhancement: automatically generate 'article cards' links for intro articles
c. Video support: embed publicly-accessible videos on your articles
d. New column displaying up-to-date article performance (helpful/not helpful feedback)
e. Ease of Category sorting
f. Expanded Article options from page overview
g. More efficient creation of new Categories and Articles (modals now used vs. whole pages) - Analytics/Custom Reports: Filter out unnecessary data ingestion (non-agent users)
