Summary: Hotfix for issues with Message Bar, Widget typing indicator, and high volume inactive SMS chats

Fixes:

  1. Address issue where 'Agent is Typing' indicator displays on Widget when it's the user who is typing on the Widget
  2. Fix issue where user cursor is always moved to the end of the message bar
  3. Fix timeout exceptions thrown for Text Agents trying to bulk end a high volume of inactive SMS chats
