1. SMS Enhancements Phase 2: Please email [email protected] for documentation
a. Text Admin enhanced capabilities to:
- View all active texting chats for the org
- Transfer active chats back into the Waiting Queue for agents to pick up
- Transfer chats directly to another Texting Agent
- End active chats
- Act as an Agent on all Phone Numbers in the org, without need to be assigned to a number
- Filter active texting chat list by Agent Name
b. Texting Agent enhanced capabilities to:
- Transfer chats back into the Waiting Queue for other agents to pick up
- Transfer chats to another Agent
c. Standardization of terminology/names with Texting
2. Bug-fixes:
a. SMS: On Texting Agent view, date time divider is not displayed consistently
b. SMS/Live Chat: Text Conversation panel continues to display spinning load icon
c. SMS: Unread message count increases incorrectly when Agent sends a Secure Chat Link
d. SMS: User is forced to click 'See new chats' even if there is only one Waiting texting chat on the queue
e. Message Bar: When text is copied and pasted onto the message bar, the cursor is forced to the end
e. Widget mobile: When consumer tries to edit text on the chat, the chat moves to the end
3. New Asset Manager service updates to support Custom Triage Bot Scripting (upcoming feature)
