Summary: New feature to add Notes in Live Chat; migrate to newest platform version for Analytics; minor updates to data processing for Custom Reports
- Notes (new feature) - gives live chat agents capability to quickly add relevant notes/info on their side bar for their on-going live chat. Entered notes will be available for viewing in live chat logs/transcripts. Please reach out to [email protected] for additional information
- Analytics: Migrate analytics database to newest version of Azure's Data Explorer engine
- Custom Reports: Updates to agent message counts and wait time values being displayed
