Summary: Custom Widget Launcher Text; Chatbot enhancements (new Answer Bot Articles block, updated Flow Panel UI, and new Step Time Delay configuration), and bug-fixes
New Features:
1. Chatbot Enhancements
- Answer Bot Article: new chatbot builder block allows you to include links to specific Answer Bot Article(s) within your chatbots, making them easily accessible to patients prior to engaging with a live agent.
- Step Time Delay: available in step panel for message and question blocks in the builder, this allows admins to configure a display wait time for specific chatbot steps.
- Flow Panel: UI improvements to the build Flow Panel
2. Widget Launcher Custom Text and Preview
Admins can now configure a personalized message to display on the widget Launcher Bar or Tab. A Launcher preview is also now available under the same page.
Bug-fixes:
- Fix for odd copy/paste behaviors when using /copy action in Live Chat
- Fix for Answer Bot Analytics sporadically not being processed due to orphaned article views
