Summary: Chatbot updates, Patient Name Prompt configuration, Notes panel, Analytics label update

  1. Chatbot updates:
    a. New Add/Remove Tags block
    b. New Date block
    c. Builder Block Panel updates: new display order; full height display for panel
  2. Patient Name Prompt now configurable at the topic level
  3. Keep Notes expanded unless users choose to collapse
  4. Update Admin > Analytics Live Chat 'Missed Opportunities' label to 'Chatbot-only Interactions)
