Summary: Enhance password handling; fix a minor issue where Widget avatar border display broken lines
- Password handling enhancements: Address password errors display on user Account Settings; apply more restrictions on what type of passwords will not be allowed (i.e., reject common passwords and account name as passwords going forward)
- Fix a minor display issue where certain avatar images on the Widget display with broken lines
