Summary: Enable Quick Replies for SMS/Texting

In addition to Live Chat, Quick Replies is now available for SMS/Texting as well:
- Under Admin > Boosters > Quick Replies, you can now assign quick replies to your pre-existing or newly created Org Phone numbers
- From the Texting page, simply type '/reply' on the Message Bar to display and select a specific stored reply to send in your text message.
- Note: The quick reply character limit is now set at 1600 characters.
