Summary: Enable Quick Replies for SMS/Texting

  1. In addition to Live Chat, Quick Replies is now available for SMS/Texting as well:

    • Under Admin > Boosters > Quick Replies, you can now assign quick replies to your pre-existing or newly created Org Phone numbers
    • From the Texting page, simply type '/reply' on the Message Bar to display and select a specific stored reply to send in your text message.
    • Note: The quick reply character limit is now set at 1600 characters.
  2. Secondary sort added to Answer Bot Trending Searches list view (i.e., primary sort is # of hits, secondary sort is alphabetical)

  3. Building blocks for future Chatbot feature (Data Set Query step)
