- Chat Logs/Transcript Search: Users can now perform a search by transcript text, patient name, tags, and agent name
- New Chat Log/Text Log select controls: A new, easier to use Widget/Topic selection tool for Chat Logs and Phone Number selection tool for Tet Logs
- Foundational updates for upcoming features: new Chat Survey Analytics, and supporting Data Set querying capabilities in Chatbot
- Widget bug-fix: address issue where default avatar instead of custom avatar displays on Widget launcher when minimized
- Address an issue where users are unable to view or create Quick Replies when Texting is not enabled
