Summary: First release of 2022: prevent 'frozen' widget state in mobile, Custom Report enhancements, and various microservices updates to support upcoming features
- Graceful handling (i.e., prevent frozen widget state) of ended chats for patients using mobile devices
- Custom Report Enhancements: returned results on the page are now limited to 1000 records at a time, with additional records returned via continuous scrolling
- Microservices update to support 'global' chatbot step delay setting (upcoming feature)
