  1. Custom Report Enhancement: Time range selections updated and expanded; users can now query from 4/1/2021. Documentation found here
  2. Chatbot and Triage Bot Updates: (Note: Triage Bot is a premium feature; please reach out to [email protected] for more details)
    • Allow Chatbot Dropdown step to access Isabel Symptoms list prior to Triage Bot execution;
    • Automatically submit available values into Triage Bot during execution
  3. Webhook Validation: new validation process for Orgs who want to use Third Party bots with MedChat. Documentation found here.
