SMS/Texting: new settings to allow text chats to return to the Waiting Queue:
- New auto-release text back to waiting queue if a patient's 1st message is not responded to within a chosen timeframe (if text is agent-initiated)
- Support for upcoming new setting that will allow unanswered patient messages to return to the wait queue after a configured amount of time

Chatbot: new Chatbot Settings configuration that allows a default delay time (in seconds) for the chatbot, and new option to apply the default setting across all delay settings for each individual chatbot step. Users can still set and override a delay for each step in the bot

Security: For security purposes, MedChat members will now be logged out of the system after a period of inactivity (configurable in Admin > Security), unless they explicitly 'Continue Session'. (Note: minimum 1 hour, maximum 120 hours, default 4 hours)

Data Recovery/Retention: Implement new DR features available from Microsoft Azure

- Chatbot various bug fixes around decision branching, data type handling, scrolling, and deleting branches
- Additional logging and retry during Triage Bot execution
