Summary: SMS secure chat link scheduling and various updates and bug-fixes

  1. SMS/Texting: Agents can now schedule a specific day and time (up to 3 days in advance) when a Secure Chat link is sent to patients. In addition, The text message preceding the secure chat link can also be customized individually
  2. Other updates and bug-fixes:
    • Cosmetic updates applied to the Phone Number Settings page
    • Answer Bot: fix issues where a patient gets stuck with the same topic if they tried to get some help using an Article associated to a topic
    • Answer Bot: fix issue where updating a child article incorrectly saves it a parent article
    • Webhooks: Backend fix to return multi-choice and dropdown labels vs. values for external bots
