Summary: Widget session persistence, Monitoring filters update, Data Set/Decision Branch fixes, Suppress widget auto-complete
- Widget updates:
- Session Persistence: a new Widget > Live Chat > Settings configuration is now available to allow admins to choose where to persist their widget session -- either in session storage (default) or local storage.
- Auto complete: an update was applied to suppress user inputs saved in Chrome from displaying on the Widget's initial name prompt
- Address issue where files are unavailable for downloading from the widget if the chat has ended
- Chatbot updates: Fix outstanding issues around Data Set and Decision Branch blocks
- Chat Monitoring: Keep filters applied by the user even after navigating across different pages in the application
