Summary: Minor enhancements and fixes

  1. Chatbot: The 'Assign Attribute' block now supports assigning a list of strings from one custom attribute to another custom attribute
  2. File Downloads: System now supports downloads via third-party API calls for service accounts
  3. PDF Transcript: Fix issues where the chat transcript displays 'INVITE_USER' instead of patient name whenever the live chat originated from an SMS invite
  4. SMS: Address issues where the 'Assign Text' dialog a) limits listed agents to only the top 25, and b) continuous auto-scrolling to the top occurs when agent list is over 10 entries
  5. Agent Connectivity: Address an issue where Agents view themselves as 'online' even when they have lost their connection to the system (and thus they show offline in the app's Monitoring view and in their Widgets). A couple of updates were applied:
    • In the event that an Agent is disconnected from MedChat, the application will attempt to re-establish the connection behind the scenes. If it is unable to do so, then the user will be prompted to re-authenticate
    • If an Agent gets disconnected (as seen in the Monitoring page and in the Widget view), their Live Chat status will correctly reflect their disconnection status (as opposed to inaccurately showing that they are still online)
  6. Chatbot: Updates to the Chatbot Data Set Query step to enable an "Is in list" operator in an upcoming release
