Summary: Major Chatbot enhancements: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Hide/show blocks and steps based on conditions, and chatbot refactor

  1. Chatbot Enhancements
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Initial Deployment of NLP features.
    • Hide/show chatbot blocks and steps based on conditions: You can now optionally configure blocks or steps to hide or show during chatbot execution based on whether conditions you set have been met. Please see Hide/Show conditions article in the MedChat Help Center for more information.
    • Attribute refactoring: streamlined handling and error validation of chatbot attributes. To learn more about Custom Attributes, please see article in the MedChat Help Center.
  2. Bug-fixes:
    • Addressed an issue seen in Firefox browsers where spaces are automatically removed when typing in chatbot labels and placeholders
    • Addressed a Calendar display issue in the widget where the calendar control is partially hidden if a mobile browser's address bar is placed at the bottom of the screen
