Summary: System Function updates, Chatbot editor color-scheme adjustment, and Enable new Command Panel

  1. System Function update: Allow clearing the topic selection for Agent Availability and Get Waiting Queue Count system functions so it will default back to the current topic used during the chatbot runtime
  2. Chabot editor update: Adjust the Message block 'Insert link' fly-out color scheme and display width for clarity
  3. New Command Panel: Hitting "/" in the Live Chat and Texting message bars will now pull up a new Command Panel for easier navigation (supports keyboard navigation) to existing commands.
