Summary: Chatbot enhancements: Re-display Triage Bot Care Options and new Button display option for Multiple Choice block; minor bug-fixes

1. Chatbot Enhancements

  • Triage Bot care options can now be captured into a list of strings custom attribute, allowing you to configure your chatbots to re-display them in a Multiple Choice block in case the consumer selects an option that isn't available. Triage Bot is a premium feature; please reach out to [email protected] for more information.
  • Multiple Choice display style: In addition to displaying Multiple Choice blocks/steps as radio buttons in your widget during chatbot execution, a new 'Button' display is now available.
  • Multiple Selection control for Drop-down and Multi-choice blocks: the control has been updated from a toggle to a drop-down list.

2. Bug-fixes

  • Chatbot Assign Attribute: address an issue where a property from a Data Set Record attribute is not successfully being saved when using an Assign Attribute block
  • Resolve Custom Attribute vs System Attribute naming: resolve Live Chat issues that can stem from using 'PatientName' as a custom attribute (since 'PatientName' is a a pre-existing System Attribute)
  • Chat Assist: Adjust column display widths for the new 'All Active Chats' view to remove overlaps
