Summary: Minor bug-fixes and updates; Markdown support removed

1. Updated description for Widget Live Chat Settings > Force Topics offline to reflect current functionality
2. Addressed issue where certain numbered inputs were subjected to being re-formatted in the message bar for Widgets, Text, and Live Chat.
3. Addressed issue where numbered entries sent from mobile to the Texting page were being stripped out for proper display.
4. Markdown support for input and display messages has been removed
5. Minor Request Forms v2 bug fix for multi-choice option
