Summary: Chatbot Preview and various bug-fixes/improvements
- Chatbot preview is now available in chatbot builder (see chatbot documentation here).
- API enhancements/bug-fixes:
- Handle upcoming feature to support custom message preceding SMS Chat Link
- Fix for incorrect SMS character limit being returned by API
- Ability to archive chats that fall under deleted widgets
- Fix for Launcher text being cleared when settings outside of Widget details is modified
- Increase acceptable widget topic name length from 35 to 64 characters
- Widget/Answer Bot bug-fixes:
- Answer bot interface momentarily flashes for widgets with no answer bots
- Performance improvement - optimize handling of Inbox chat tasks
