    • Assign an Answer Bot to appear across multiple widgets
    • Associate Articles to specific topics to allow quick start of chat
    • New article editor tools: Divider, Code Block, Quote, and Remove formatting now available
    • View Answer Bot performance by Answer Bot name (instead of Widget) in Analytics

  2. Patient Name Prompt: Users can now configure patient name prompt display for each widget topic (via Admin > Widgets -- Live Chat Topic Settings)
