Summary: Live Chat left-hand sidebar update, Chatbot updates, Bug-fixes, building blocks for upcoming features

  1. Live Chat: The Agent's left-hand sidebar displaying live chats with patients has been updated. This is continuation of our on-going UI redesigns to better present Live Chat data on screen in subsequent releases.
  2. Chatbots: The Decision Branch block has been enhanced to include a new operator of "contains one or more", allowing your chatbot to compare between 2 list attributes and identify if one list includes one or more items contained in another list before continuing its execution.   3. Bug-fixes and minor updates:
    • Address minor UI issues introduced from recent main menu reorganization from the previous release
    • Fix a corner case issue where the application freezes when Decision Branch block is being configured in a chatbot
    • Address an issue where certain Chat Log Transcripts are not available for viewing if a widget or topic used for that specific chat has been deleted
    • Update presence service timeout to 300 seconds, allowing more time for the application to receive a ping from Chrome browsers that a MedChat session is still active even if it's in a background tab
    • Fix minor display issue where widget launcher style settings were displaying count/text limit outside of the input field
  4. Components for upcoming features
    • Backend service updates for supporting Digital Signature blocks (upcoming Chatbot feature)
    • Backend service updates for supporting Data Sets being referenced during chatbot execution (upcoming Chatbot feature)
